Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Sales Consultant for Personal Financing to drive PF product growth while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will prospect, promote, and sell PF solutions, aiming to meet personal targets and contribute to the Bank’s overall performance.

The role emphasizes strong customer engagement, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment with a focus on local community needs and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8).
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall Group performance.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans using internal leads and self-generated prospects.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, Credit Cards, and additional offerings.
