Job summary

Kanika (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities across Food Service, FMCG, F&B, HORECA, and Retail sectors in Malaysia, including the Malay market segment.

The role focuses on developing customer networks, presenting products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, is self-motivated, and willing to undergo product training for Frozen Foods and related segments.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma in Business Studies, or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales-related.
• Product Training will be provided for Sales in Frozen Foods, Japanese Foods, F&B, etc.
• Sales and results-driven person willing to expand in the Malay Markets.
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Full-time positions are available immediately within the Klang Valley, PJ -KL.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and recommend potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales opportunities to support business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Identify new market segments and selling opportunities, and provide regular market intelligence reports to Management.
• Meet with potential customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
