Responsibilities

• Promote ASB Financing to new and existing customers.
• Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards to increase product holdings.
• Participate in roadshows, corporate visits, and telemarketing to generate leads and close sales.
• Assist customers with filling forms and gathering income documents.
• Explain product features, interest rates and repayment terms clearly.
• Ensure all applications follow KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Grow Islamic product holdings through effective relationship management with new-to-bank clients.
• Adhere to bank policies, SOPs and regulatory guidelines (PDPA, AMLCFT, Shariah Governance).
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; support internal functions.
