Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue, catering, A/V, transportation, and accommodations.
• Develop timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans.
• Manage attendee registration, check-in, and badge printing.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and sponsors.
• Assist in preparing event budgets and track expenditures.
• Serve as on-site point of contact during events and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage event staff, volunteers, and briefings.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events via emails and social media.
