Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Ltd is seeking an Events Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events. You will liaise with internal teams, guests, and vendors to meet deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.

You should have a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Travel flexibility and a Malaysia driving license are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Energetic personality with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment.
• Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behavior to provide superior service.
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking under pressure.
• Familiar with live streaming on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company materials and information.
• Flexibility for domestic or international travel when needed.
• Possess a valid Malaysia driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event preparation, including administrative and operational needs.
• Work with creative or project supervision while exercising judgment within defined procedures.
• Coordinate deliverables and functions with internal departments and personnel.
• Serve as liaison to outside guests and advisors.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules and reporting delays.
• Plan event details including venue, dining, transport, décor, equipment, marketing, and accommodations.
• Manage events and address potential problems.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and determination to meet expectations.
• Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of events.
• Communicate effectively in professional and business settings.
• Develop post-event reports on effectiveness of each event.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
