Job summary

Avant Pet Resources Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor, is seeking an Admin Executive to join our team. This full-time role will handle sales orders, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and prepare invoices and delivery documents.

The ideal candidate has at least a secondary level qualification, 2+ years in admin or sales support, and good English and Malay communication. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Process and verify sales orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare proforma invoices, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Data entry into the system with proper documentation and filing.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify sales orders in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and issue invoices and related sales documents.
• Maintain accurate records and filing in the system.
