Job summary

ALPHA PET TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store Executive to support daily office operations and warehouse activities in Malacca. The role involves admin tasks, data entry, handling invoices, and ensuring accurate sales order confirmations.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, and shipping orders, stock checking, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining records. Fresh graduates are welcome; overtime may be required. Benefits include EPF/SOCSO/EIS and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse/store operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily office operations.
• Handle admin and clerical tasks.
• Process delivery notes and invoices; perform matching.
• Confirm sales orders to ensure accurate recording.
• Enter data and maintain relevant records/documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and sourcing materials.
• Store duties: receiving, unpacking, labeling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.
• Pack and ship orders for delivery.
• Check and update stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure all activities are recorded and data is updated timely.
• Monitor weekly stock issued from store and re-order as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Assist in daily operation of the office.

Handling admin and clerical task.

Responsible for delivery note, invoice, and do matching accordingly.

Responsible for sales order confirmation to ensure the info received is accurately and correctly recorded.

Perform data entry and maintain relevant records/documents.

To Liaise with Supplier and sourcing material.

(STORE)

Receiving, unpacking, quantity and quality inspection, labelling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.

Packs and ships orders for delivery.

Checking and updating of stock inventory in the warehouse.

Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system.

Monitor weekly stock issued from store and parts need re-order.

Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Hardworking & responsibilities and teamwork.

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organization.

Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage.

Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction

With or without working experience. Training will be provided.

Full-Time, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Must be able to work overtime, as and when it’s required.

Working days : Monday to Saturday. (Alternate Saturday)
