• Drive the Executive Chairman to meetings, events and other destinations.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and defensive driving at all times.
• Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic delays.
• Assist with delivery or collection of documents/items.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Support administrative duties as required.

Jobbeschreibung

Drive the Executive Chairman to and from office, meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.

Ensure safe, smooth, and defensive driving at all times.

Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic delays.

Vehicle Maintenance

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.

Conduct daily inspection of vehicle (fuel level, tyre pressure, engine oil, cleanliness, etc.).

Arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and insurance renewal.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the Executive Chairman and company.

Present a professional image at all times.

Practice good personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire.

Administrative Support (if required)

Assist with delivery or collection of documents/items.

Perform basic errands as instructed.

Support other administrative duties when necessary.

Compliance & Safety

Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.

Ensure timely renewal of driving license and related permits.

Report any accidents or vehicle issues immediately.

Job Requirements

Valid Class D driving license with clean driving record.

At least 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably for senior management or VIP.

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.

Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.

Good health condition with good eyesight.

Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Experience driving luxury vehicles.

Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting.

Defensive driving certification (added advantage).
