Job summary

Bandar Utama City Sdn Bhd (HQ) is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver for the Chairman. You will transport the Chairman to meetings, handle security-conscious driving, and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained.

Role requires discretion, physical stamina, and readiness for flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Overseas trips may be required occasionally, with strong defensive driving skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean record.
• Experience as Personal Driver, VIP Driver, Executive Driver or Bodyguard is an advantage.
• Defensive driving training and personal protection experience preferred.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and major highways.
• Good physical stamina, situational awareness and composure in challenging situations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Background in the Malaysian Armed Forces or PDRM encouraged.
• Willing to undertake both driving and personal protection responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Chairman/Director to meetings, corporate functions, appointments and personal engagements.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean, serviced, with road tax and insurance.
• Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions for timely and safe journeys.
• Practise defensive driving techniques and remain alert to security risks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Chairman's personal affairs, movements and sensitive information.
• Accompany the Chairman/Director on local and occasional overseas trips as required.
