Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean record.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal Driver to the CEO to join our executive team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This is a critical position that requires discretion, reliability, and exceptional driving skills. As Personal Driver to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and professional transportation services to senior leadership, ensuring punctuality and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times. This role is based on-site in Cyberjaya and offers the opportunity to work closely with executive management in a dynamic business environment.

What you'll be doing

Provide safe and professional driving services to the CEO and senior executives, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrival at meetings, appointments, and events, taking into account traffic conditions and scheduling requirements

Maintain the executive vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, servicing, and mechanical maintenance checks

Manage vehicle documentation, insurance, registration, and compliance with all regulatory requirements

Coordinate travel schedules and communicate effectively with the CEO's office regarding timing and destinations

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive communications, business discussions, and sensitive information

Provide courteous and professional interactions with passengers, visitors, and colleagues

Report any vehicle issues or concerns promptly and arrange necessary repairs or servicing

Maintain detailed records of journeys, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities

What we're looking for

A valid driving licence with a clean driving record and at least 3-5 years of professional driving experience

Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, preferably in a corporate or high-level management setting

Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in the Cyberjaya and surrounding areas

Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and maintaining professional standards at all times

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding executive matters and sensitive business information
