Job summary

PD BEYOND FOOD SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for the Director and to support daily scheduling, events and meetings. You will plan routes, monitor traffic, and ensure timely arrivals while maintaining a discreet and professional demeanor.

You will assist with luggage and documents, handle occasional urgent trips, and coordinate airport transfers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Director to meetings, office, appointments, events and other assigned destinations.
• Plan routes and check traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Be available for scheduled trips and occasional urgent transportation requests.
• Assist with luggage, documents or other items when required.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including tyres, fuel, engine oil and other essential components.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Monitor road tax, insurance, vehicle inspection and servicing schedules.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional, polite and respectful attitude at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal and business matters.
• Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information or conversations.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of the Director throughout every journey.
• Assist with errands, deliveries, document collection and other tasks as assigned by the Director.
• Assist with airport pick-up and drop-off arrangements when required.
• Coordinate with the Director regarding daily schedules, pick-up times and destinations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description
