Responsibilities

• Plan and manage travel routes efficiently considering traffic and the CEO's schedule.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of the CEO and passengers while complying with traffic laws.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, maintained and in good operating condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections as required.
• Assist with errands and delivery of documents or items as requested.

Job description

Provide safe, punctual and professional transportation for the CEO to and from work, business meetings, company events, airport transfers, official functions, personal appointments and other destinations as required.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage travel routes efficiently, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road closures and the CEO's schedule to ensure timely arrival.

Ensure the safety and comfort of the CEO and other passengers while strictly complying with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO's schedule, movements, personal information, family matters and business affairs.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, properly fuelled, well-maintained and in good operating condition at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel levels, tyres, lights and other essential functions, and promptly report any defects or maintenance requirements.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and inspections according to the required schedule.

Assist with errands, collection and delivery of documents or items, and other personal or work-related tasks as requested.

About you

Possess a valid Class D driving licence with a good driving record.

Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a Personal Driver, Chauffeur, Executive Driver or Company Driver.

Good knowledge of Klang Valley roads, routes and traffic conditions, with the ability to use GPS and navigation applications effectively.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a courteous and professional attitude.

Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's personal, family and business matters.

Reliable, punctual, responsible and safety-conscious.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical awareness.

Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays and outstation trips when required.
