Responsibilities

Safely transport the Director to meetings, events, and personal destinations.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine servicing checks.
Plan routes, monitor traffic, and ensure punctual travel.
Assist with daily administrative and personal tasks as required.
Manage schedules, reminders, and document delivery.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support ad-hoc tasks from the Director or Management.
Comply with road safety regulations and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and responsible individual to join our team as a Driver Cum Personal Assistant to the Director. This role requires a well-organized and punctual candidate who is capable of handling both driving responsibilities and personal assistant duties efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the Director while also assisting with administrative and personal support tasks. Key responsibilities include managing daily travel arrangements, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle, handling confidential matters professionally, coordinating schedules and appointments, running errands, and supporting ad-hoc assignments as required by the Director.

The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and the flexibility to work beyond normal working hours when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely transport the Director to meetings, appointments, events, and other official or personal destinations.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
Plan driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
Assist the Director with daily administrative and personal tasks when required.
Handle document collection, delivery, and other dispatch duties.
Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments as assigned by the Director.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and personal matters.
Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments from the Director or Management.
Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a personal driver or personal assistant.

Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Status must be single

Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and in good health.
