Job summary

People Systems Consultancy Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to transport the Executive Director and family to various locations, ensuring safety and discretion. The role includes routine vehicle maintenance and handling errands with confidentiality.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with regional reach, the position requires flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed, and may involve ad hoc tasks for the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive employer and family to home, office, appointments, airports, and other locations.
• Maintain vehicles: keep them clean, fueled, and regularly serviced (basic checks).
• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and materials with confidentiality.
• Ensure safe custody of vehicles and comply with traffic laws.
• Be available to work on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Executive Director and family, ensuring timely completion of personal and work-related objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the different vehicles, ensuring they are clean and serviced regularly. Key responsibilities include safe driving within traffic laws, delivering and picking up packages, documents, and materials with confidentiality, ensuring the safe custody of the vehicle(s), and any other tasks assigned by the Executive Director on an ad hoc basis. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours is essential.

As a Personal Driver, your scope of work will be primarily working for the Group and the clients of the PSC Group, including:

• Safely drive employer/family to various locations (home, office, appointments, airports & etc).
• Route Planning: Use different apps to find the most efficient routes.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in good working condition (basic checks required).
• Errands: Run errands like picking up/dropping off documents, parcels, and groceries as per request.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy regarding the employer's schedule, family, and personal matters.
• Assistance: Help with loading/unloading items, managing schedules, and ad hoc tasks.
• Availability: Willing to work on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and overtime.
