Job summary

Premier Consortium Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to transport company directors and executives in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. You will plan routes, ensure timely arrivals, maintain the vehicle, and perform routine checks with a strong emphasis on safety and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class D driving licence, has 2–3 years of private driver experience, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good knowledge of local roads and traffic

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class D driving licence.
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience as a company/private driver.
• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas.
• Familiar with using Waze/Google Maps for navigation.
• Good driving record with no serious offences.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly to transport the Directors to designated destinations.
• Plan and determine the most appropriate routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, neat and in good operating condition.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition, including fuel, tyres, engine oil and other basic maintenance matters.
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs when required and wash the car daily.
• Observe all road traffic laws and practise safe and defensive driving.
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, documents or other items when required.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel and maintenance where necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's business, management's schedules and personal matters.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

About you

• Possess a valid Class D driving licence
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a company/private driver is preferred
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas
• Familiar with using Waze / Google Maps for navigation
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
• Willing to travel outstation when required
