Responsibilities

This role ensures timely travel to meetings and business appointments while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and upholding a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the executive to and from office, meetings, business events, airports, and other designated locations.
• Plan and monitor travel routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance, and road tax renewals when required.
• Assist with the delivery or collection of documents, parcels, and other business-related items.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel expenses.
• Support ad-hoc errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure strict confidentiality regarding the executive's schedule, business matters, and personal information.
