Job summary

Gangyao Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a professional personal driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for the director, management, customers and business guests, including airport transfers when required.

You will plan routes, monitor traffic, maintain the vehicle, perform checks, ensure fuel readiness, assist with luggage, maintain confidentiality, and be prepared for overtime and after-hours duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills with good knowledge of road safety.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes and navigation applications.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the director, management, customers and business guests.
• Drive the director and authorized personnel to meetings, business appointments, hotels and other destinations as required.
• Provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for the director, customers and business guests when required.
• Plan suitable routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly fuelled and ready for use according to the assigned schedule.
• Assist with luggage, documents, parcels or other items when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the director's personal matters, company information, customers and travel schedules.
• Maintain a professional, polite and courteous manner when dealing with the director, customers and business guests.
• Perform company-related errands or other driving duties as assigned by the management.
• Be willing to provide transportation after normal working hours when required by the management, including occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays.
• Perform other ad hoc duties related to transportation and company activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Willing to work overtime when required, particularly when transportation is needed after normal working hours.
