Job summary

Lipids Terminal Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Personal Driver for a Senior Executive in Malaysia. You will provide safe, punctual transportation and handle trips to meetings, airports and other appointments, while maintaining a clean, well-serviced vehicle.

The role requires a valid Class D licence, a clean driving record, and good knowledge of Klang Valley roads. Flexibility for outstation travel and hours is essential, with good familiarity with Waze/Maps navigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience
• Valid Class D driving licence
• Clean driving record
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley and major Malaysian highways
• Experience using Waze/Google Maps
• Experience as Executive/Personal/VIP driver is an advantage
• Willing to travel outstation when required
• Flexible with working hours

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual and comfortable transportation
• Drive the Executive to meetings, offices, airports, appointments and other destinations
• Plan routes and monitor traffic using Waze/Google Maps
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe and excellent condition
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks
• Arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs when required
• Assist with luggage, documents and personal items
• Handle authorised personal errands and document collection/delivery
• Maintain records of fuel, toll, parking and vehicle expenses
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding business and personal matters

Working hours are flexible based on the Executive's schedule, with occasional early morning, evening, weekend and public holiday duties, as well as outstation trips and airport transfers.

• Provide safe, punctual and comfortable transportation
• Drive the Executive to business meetings, offices, airports, appointments and other destinations
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions using Waze/Google Maps
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe and excellent condition
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks
• Arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs when required
• Assist with luggage, documents and personal items when necessary
• Handle authorised personal errands and document collection/delivery
• Maintain accurate records of fuel, toll, parking and vehicle expenses
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all business and personal matters

About you

• Valid Class D driving licence
• Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience preferred
• Clean and responsible driving record
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley and major Malaysian highways
• Experienced in using Waze / Google Maps
• Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, VIP Driver or Chauffeur is an advantage
