You will plan efficient routes, perform daily vehicle checks, and maintain logs.

The ideal candidate has a valid Malaysian Class D license, at least 1 year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and good knowledge of local roads.

• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Good knowledge of local roads in Kuching and Sarawak (including rural areas).
• Physical ability to assist with loading up to 15 kg.
• Willingness to work overtime or travel outstation when required.
• Preference given to Sarawakian candidates.

We are looking for a trustworthy and safety-conscious Driver to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. You will be responsible for transporting company personnel, documents, equipment, and light construction materials between our office, project sites, and supplier locations across Kuching and surrounding areas, including rural locations when required. Your duties include planning and following the most efficient routes to save time and fuel, performing daily vehicle checks (tire pressure, fuel, oil, water, brakes), keeping the vehicle clean inside and outside at all times, maintaining an accurate vehicle logbook (mileage, destinations, fuel usage), reporting any vehicle issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately to management, assisting with loading and unloading of light goods or documents when needed, ensuring vehicle insurance, road tax, and service schedules are up to date, handling matters related to PUSPAKOM tests and vehicle road tax renewal, following all traffic rules and company safety policies. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D minimum; Class E or GDL is an advantage), at least 1 year of driving experience, a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents, good knowledge of local roads in Kuching and Sarawak (including rural areas), basic reading and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English, physical fitness to assist with loading (up to 15kg), a punctual, honest, and responsible attitude, and willingness to work overtime or travel outstation when required.
