The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a flexible on-call schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will maintain vehicle readiness and document mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.

We are seeking a professional and highly reliable Personal Driver to provide dedicated services to the management. The role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility and responsibility to ensure safe, timely and comfortable travel for the management to various business and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, smooth, and timely transportation for the management to meetings, events, airport transfers, and other appointments

Be on standby and available based on the management’s daily schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when required

Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality

Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, tires, etc.) and coordinate servicing and maintenance

Handle ad hoc errands (e.g., document collection, deliveries, personal errands) as instructed

Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive information or accompanying the management

Assist with luggage, opening doors, and providing general support when required

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, servicing, and expenses

Ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, road tax, permits) is valid and up to date

Requirements

Valid driving license with a clean driving record

Proven experience as a personal or executive driver is highly preferred

Familiar with local routes, traffic conditions, and alternative routes

Highly punctual, flexible, and dependable

Able to work irregular hours / on-call basis

Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor

Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving for senior executives / VIPs

Defensive driving skills

Familiarity with navigation apps such as Google Maps or Waze
