Job summary

POWERINO SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable transport for the Director to meetings, appointments, and other destinations in Klang Valley and nearby areas.

You will plan routes, monitor traffic, and ensure timely arrivals while maintaining the vehicle in clean, fuelled and well‑maintained condition. Outstation travel, discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility to work six days a week are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and surrounding areas.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Proficient in navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Highly punctual, responsible, trustworthy, discreet and well-disciplined.
• Good time management and ability to adapt to schedule changes.
• Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for the Director to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
• Manage daily travel arrangements according to the Director’s schedule and instructions.
• Plan routes effectively and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
• Be available for outstation travel when required.
• Provide operational support during non-driving periods, including handling deliveries, collections, and other errands.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is adequately fuelled and ready for use as required.
• Monitor vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements and promptly report any issues.
• Observe all traffic regulations and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director’s matters.

Job description

Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the Director to business meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.

Manage daily travel arrangements in accordance with the Director’s schedule and instructions.

Provide transportation within the Klang Valley and to Bestari Jaya, as well as other locations as required based on the Director’s schedule and business needs.

Plan routes effectively and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at all destinations.

Be available for outstation travel when required.

Provide operational support during non-driving periods, including handling company related deliveries, collections, and other errands as assigned by Management.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition at all times.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is adequately fuelled and ready for use as required.

Monitor vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements and promptly report any issues requiring attention.

Observe all traffic regulations and maintain safe and responsible driving practices at all times.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director’s personal and business matters.

Perform other driving-related and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director or Management.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.

Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Company Driver, or in a similar capacity is preferred.

Familiar with roads and routes within the Klang Valley, Selangor, and surrounding areas.

Willing to travel outstation when required.

Proficient in using navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.

Highly punctual, responsible, trustworthy, discreet, and well-disciplined.

Good time management skills and ability to adapt to changes in schedule.

Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Willing to work 6 days per week with flexibility in working hours when required.

Willing to report to Petaling Jaya, Kota Kemuning, or Klang depending on operational requirements.
