Qualifications

Personal Driver to Senior Management (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and discreet Personal Driver to provide dedicated driving support to a senior management executive based in Port Klang. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and reliability, ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation while maintaining the highest standards of conduct at all times.

Key responsibilities

Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Senior Management to business meetings, appointments, corporate events, and other designated destinations.

Plan routes and manage travel schedules efficiently, taking traffic and road conditions into consideration.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters encountered during the course of work.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained at all times.

Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, insurance renewals, and repairs as required.

Assist with authorised errands, document deliveries, and other ad hoc assignments.

Be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

About you

High integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Proven reliability with a stable employment history and demonstrated commitment to previous employers.

Experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver supporting senior management would be an advantage.

Valid Malaysian Class D Driving Licence with a clean driving record.

Familiar with Port Klang, Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding areas.

Strong defensive driving skills and commitment to road safety.

Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules.

Professional appearance, well-groomed, and courteous.

Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English communication skills would be an advantage.
