Job summary

TAO BIN SDN. BHD. seeks a reliable Personal Driver in Selangor to provide safe and punctual transport for the employer and family to offices, meetings, airports, and other destinations.

You will plan routes, monitor traffic, and ensure timely arrivals. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, well‑presented vehicle, performing daily checks, arranging servicing and paperwork, and keeping accurate mileage and expense records.

Qualifications

• Proven driving experience with a clean safety record.
• Familiar with safety standards and defensive driving.
• Experience cleaning and maintaining a well-presented vehicle.
• Ability to log mileage, expenses, and servicing records.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transport for employer and/or family to designated locations (office, meetings, airport, events).
• Plan routes, monitor traffic, and avoid delays.
• Keep vehicle clean, tidy, and in good condition; perform basic daily checks.
• Arrange servicing, road tax, insurance, and repairs; report issues promptly.

Job description

Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the employer and/or family members to designated locations.

Drive the employer to and from the office, meetings, appointments, events, airport, and other required destinations.

Plan suitable routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to avoid unnecessary delays.

Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good condition at all times.

Perform basic daily vehicle checks, including fuel level, tyres, engine oil, coolant, lights, and general vehicle condition.

Arrange and monitor scheduled vehicle servicing, maintenance, road tax, insurance, and repairs when required.

Immediately report any vehicle damage, breakdown, accident, summons, or mechanical issue to the employer.

Assist with carrying luggage, documents, parcels, groceries, or other items when required.

Perform personal errands such as collecting or delivering documents, parcels, purchases, or other items as instructed.

Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding the employer's personal, family, and business matters.

Maintain professional behaviour, good personal hygiene, and appropriate attire while on duty.

Be available for overtime, weekends, public holidays, early mornings, or late-night assignments when required.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, parking, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses when requested.

Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Perform any other driving or related duties assigned by the employer.
