Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking an Architectural Draughtsman to join its in-house design team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves creating accurate technical drawings, detailing, and coordinating with project teams from concept to construction drawings.

Applicants should have a Diploma/ Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Building Technology or related field, at least 3 years' experience in landscape drafting, and be proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop,

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Building Technology, Drafting, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in landscape drafting, preferably within the property development, consultancy, or construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, or other relevant design software being an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare detailed landscape drawings, layout plans, planting plans, hardscape details, and construction drawing.
• Able to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within stipulated timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.

OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our in-house design team.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

To create various accurate technical drawings by adhering to various specifications and calculations including but not limited to handle all detailing and construction drawings

To check and revise working drawings.

To produce drawing details from related documentation.

To collaborate with project team to develop design from concept through detailed drawings.

To able to create and maintain database of drawings, specifications, materials, etc.

To ensure the drawings are prepared in accordance with the design requirements and specification.

Printing drawings, compilation and documentations.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
