Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad (A member of OSK Group) is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to promote projects and achieve sales targets. You will engage with prospective clients, present developments, and provide prompt after-sales support.

The role requires at least SPM, 1 year in the property industry, and willingness to participate in local events. Fresh graduates with exposure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in properties industry is an advantage.

• Participate in sales launches and promotional events locally or overseas.
• Prepare leads reports and maintain CRM records.
• Upkeep show village/show units/sales office/exhibition booth in tip-top condition.
• Assist appointed real estate agencies when needed.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback to improve sales delivery and service quality.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities and agencies to meet sales budgets and branding strategies.

Job description

This role will be responsible to promote the company’s projects actively to achieve overall business objectives and providing prompt services to assist customers during and after-sales.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

The candidate must possess at least an SPM.

Required skill(s): Has experience in the properties Industry would be an advantage.

At least 1 year (s) of relevant working experience in the property industry or the related field is required for this position.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.

Actively promote the company’s projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.

Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea.

Prepare leads report, compile and solicit registration database and ensure proper recording in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
