Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad, the property development arm of OSK Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote the Areca township project in Nilai and support marketing and sales activities.

You will engage with prospective clients, arrange presentations, attend launches, maintain CRM records, and work with real estate agencies to meet sales targets while delivering prompt service during and after sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Sales experience in property development or real estate agencies advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.
• Own transport and willing to travel.
• Basic knowledge of property market and loan processes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s projects to achieve sales targets.
• Arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients and provide prompt services during and after sales.
• Participate in sales launches and promotional events locally or overseas.
• Prepare leads reports, compile registration databases, and record in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with appointed real estate agencies as needed.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by management.

Job description

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Bhd.

OSK Property is a property developer that builds and sells residential, commercial, and township developments, while also managing investment properties such as retail and office spaces.

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to support the marketing and sales activities for our township development project in Areca, Nilai.

Established in 1997, OSK Property (OSKP) develops residential, township and commercial projects located in strategic growth areas across the country. In 2015, a strategic decision was made to merge OSK Property Holdings (OSKP) and the property arm of PJ Development Holdings (PJD) under one business pillar, adopting one identity and coming under one brand - OSK Property. The consolidation of these two entities marks the coming together of complementary strengths, expertise and talents.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:

This role will be responsible to promote the company’s projects actively to achieve overall business objectives and providing prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Actively promote the company’s projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
• Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea.
• Prepare leads report, compile and solicit registration database and ensure proper recording in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Upkeep and ensure show village/show units / sales office/exhibition booth are in tip-top condition
• Assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
• Conduct market research and provide feedback to improve overall sales delivery and service quality.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to produce the desired results in achieving sales budget and branding strategies.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Candidates with sales experience in property development or real estate agencies will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (based on sales gallery operation).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Basic knowledge of property market, loan processes, and documentation is an advantage.
