Job summary

ECX Global Forwarding (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Documentation Officer for our air freight operations. You will focus on accurate, timely preparation and processing of AWBs, MAWBs, and related export documents, ensuring alignment with airline and customs requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years’ hands-on experience with air freight documentation, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with freight software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience handling air freight documentation and AWB preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue MAWB and HAWB.
• Verify shipment weight, dimensions, and commodity details against booking confirmations.
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with local customs and international airline regulations.
