Job summary

Lay Hong Berhad is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to maintain the Food Safety Quality Manual and manage Master and Control documents across the QA function. You will ensure proper distribution, recording, filing of meetings and minutes, and maintain both soft and hard copy records.

The role supports the QA manager in audit planning and coordination, serves as an internal auditor, and performs any other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the company's compliance with FSSC

Qualifications

• Experience with document control and quality manuals.
• Familiar with food safety standards and QA processes.
• Ability to coordinate audits and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Food Safety Quality Manual.
• Document controller duties for Master and Control including distribution and recording.
• Prepare meeting minutes and filing.
• Maintain both soft and hard copy documents.

Requirement:

• FSSC 22000 V6
• ISO 22000 2018
• Haccp MS 1480:2025
• GMP MS 1514:2022
• 2 years working experience
