Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Document Control experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
• Experience in construction, civil, structural, architecture, or related industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain project documents, drawings, and records.
• Maintain document control systems with revision/version control.
• Review and coordinate AutoCAD structural drawings and related docs.
• Ensure documents are recorded, distributed, updated, and archived.
• Prepare and maintain document registers, logs, and tracking records.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, project teams, and stakeholders on submissions and revisions.
• Monitor document status and ensure timely submissions per project requirements and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Support project team with document retrieval, filing, and reporting.
