Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in document control or records management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in document management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• AutoCAD experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents from award to site completion.
• Prepare BOQ submissions and issue POs.
• Prepare technical proposals.
• Prepare handover documents (HOD) per client requirements.
• Submit claims.
• File data online and maintain hardcopy filing systems.
• Attend client meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ensure subcontractors use latest approved HOD formats.
• Meet submission deadlines and handle ad-hoc duties.
