Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of document control, data management, or similar experience.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create, enrich, maintain, and manage Item Master in Agile PLM.
• Release project documentation.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• BOM creation and management.
• Software releases.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• End-to-End NPI program support with documentation and releases.
• Support product maintenance across teams.
• PCM projects: clean-up, cost-reduction, regulatory initiatives.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and address issues.
