Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions in Malaysia seeks a Document Handling Junior Specialist to manage export/import L/C processes in line with SOPs, guidelines, and company standards. The role emphasizes compliance, timely processing, and accurate document handling.

Knowledge of UCP/ISBP/Incoterms, strong English, and MS Office proficiency are required, with a focus on risk mitigation and client protection. Collaboration with TPCC banks and adherence to AML/compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or Commercial School Graduate preferred.
• Familiarity with national and international transaction management and documentary business.
• Good command of English, and possibly another foreign language.
• Knowledge of country-specific characteristics preferable.
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Examining/processing/booking documents in line with the competency approved by Team Lead / Team Head.
• Examining/processing/booking the documents in CoDOKA/IBS/Phoenix/Contour.
• Coordinating the handling of discrepancies with the TPCC Banks concerned, with familiarity of regional particularities.
• Informing the TPCC when the matter has been settled.
• Calling in Support Compliance in the event of system-induced segregations or potential Compliance infringements.
