Qualifications

• Recognised medical qualification and current registration with the medical regulatory body.
• Current and valid medical licence to practise as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in general practice or primary care.
• Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and treating common conditions.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care.
• Proficiency with medical documentation and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Professionalism, integrity and ethics.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or local languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations to diagnose medical conditions accurately

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
• Maintain comprehensive and detailed patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Respond to patient queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical standards and infection control protocols
• Participate in continuing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge

What we’re looking for

• Recognised medical qualification and valid registration with the appropriate medical regulatory body
• Current and valid medical licence to practise as a General Practitioner
• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and competency in diagnosing and treating common medical conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care and holistic health management
• Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• High level of professionalism, integrity and adherence to medical ethics
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or local languages is advantageous
