Job summary

Evolution Oiltech Sdn Bhd is seeking a District Sales Representative (Shell Lubricant) to drive lubricant sales within the assigned territory. You will manage client relationships, generate leads, and present proposals to customers in line with company procedures.

The role involves achieving monthly and quarterly targets, planning weekly visits, and cross-selling products across the Shell Lubricants portfolio. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue.
• Manage own sales territory as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Utilize internal sales systems and processes to manage and track sales.
• Generate new leads and increase sales pipeline.
• Service existing customers and prospect for new clients.
• Plan and execute weekly sales visits within the designated area.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on KPIs.
• Prepare quotations for customers in line with company procedures.
• Submit sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure delivery of KPI targets (sales, volume and margin).
• Execute cross-selling of group products, particularly petroleum products and related services.
