Job summary

JAC Recruitment's client, a multinational energy and petrochemical company, is seeking a Sales Executive to manage SME customer relations and drive new business across lubricants.

Responsibilities include regular customer visits, monitoring forecasts, pricing negotiations, and contributing to monthly and quarterly sales reviews. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a diploma or degree in marketing, chemistry, or engineering and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized customers, including regular visits.
• Monitor monthly forecasts and production movements, identify opportunities for new product expansion.
• Drive new business development and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives and management direction.
• Develop understanding of lubricant fundamentals and product knowledge through internal training programs.
• Prepare and submit monthly Value Analysis (VA) reports and proposals; provide weekly updates on customer visits and sales activities; attend monthly sales meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Monitor market and industry developments by gathering information on pricing, competitor activities, customer requirements, new products, and market trends.
