Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a District Sales Executive to drive new customer revenue in our local district office. The role emphasizes initiative, competitive drive, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic sales environment.

You will manage an assigned territory, build relationships with customers and internal teams, prepare cost‑benefit analyses, and support accounts through onboarding and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience; logistics/supply chain or sales background advantageous.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with proven sales success.
• Sales planning and negotiation skills.
• Strong in sales presentations and oral/written communication; English fluency preferred.
• Multitasking capability and independent work with teamwork mindset.
• Responsible and reliable with local market knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and maintain deep knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Timely data entry in the CRM tool.
• Coordinate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
• Develop value-added logistics solutions, including cost-benefit analyses.
• Support new accounts onboarding, information transfer, and paperwork; assist AR collections when needed.
• Attend training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Engage with local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Take on additional assignments to support company needs.
