Qualifications

• Experience in sales or distributor management in FMCG.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into field actions.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve market targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor performance and route-to-market execution.
• Ensure distribution targets and market coverage meet company standards.
• Support channel development across grocery, mini markets, and HORECA.
• Lead field coaching to build distributor sales capability.
• Plan and optimize sales coverage and routing for distributor teams.
• Coordinate field deployments of SRs, Supervisors and Merchandisers.
• Conduct regular field visits and trade audits for execution accuracy.
• Support recruitment and training of distributor teams.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports and insights.
