Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Activation & Brand Manager on a 1-year contract starting January 2027. You will drive new product development, brand campaigns, and agency coordination while managing budgets and ROI in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure successful activations and sponsorships, maintaining strong vendor relationships and delivering end-to-end brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, product management or marketing, and ability to operate in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong fundamentals in marketing and branding.
• Proven project management and coordination capabilities.
• End-to-end ownership mindset and accountability for results.
• Contract-based role for 1 year starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development, activation, advertising and promotion for assigned projects with budget stewardship and P&L awareness.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, brief agencies, manage in-store and out-of-store activations, ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and drive performance.
• Track program deliverables, budgets, timelines and ROI; analyze sales and post-mortem data for continuous improvements.
• Oversee PO/OPSO processes, vendor payments and spend analysis; ensure timely payments.
