FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD seeks a Process Development Director in Prai, Penang to lead PCBA process development, scale-up, and technology deployment across sites. The role includes directing senior manufacturing engineers and aligning processes with design goals.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in PCBA manufacturing, strong DOE and statistical analysis capabilities, and proven technical leadership. Bachelor's is required; MBA is preferred for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience.
• At least 15 years in PCBA manufacturing including SMT, wave soldering, and backend process development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee process engineering governance and roadmaps.
• Lead development and scale-up of new process formulas and materials.
• Collaborate with product design to ensure process compatibility with designs.
