MYTALENT CREST SDN BHD is seeking an experienced video and content leader to shape campaigns across social media and digital platforms. You will own end-to-end production from concept through delivery, coordinating with creators, agencies, and internal teams.

You will guide creative direction for both short-form and long-form video, manage multiple projects, and ensure content aligns with business objectives and platform requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in video production, content creation, digital media, or creative production.
• Proven experience in leading or managing a creative/video production team.
• Proficient in the listed video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of cinematography, visual composition, editing, storytelling, and content trends.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate with China clients or customers.

• Develop and execute video and content strategies across social media and digital platforms.

• Oversee video production from concept to final delivery including post-production.

• Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and vendors.
• Monitor content performance: views, watch time, engagement, retention, shares.
• Develop video collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and partners.
• Lead video production for campaigns, events, launches, and special projects.
• Manage production timelines, resources, budgets, and external vendors.
