Job summary

Lam Research in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Director of Order Fulfillment Management to lead Order Execution for the Kulim site and strengthen execution across Asia and the global network.

You will own order execution from customer commitment through shipment, drive OTAC/OTTP metrics, and partner across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Product Management to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or order fulfillment experience.
• 5+ years in senior/director leadership within a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end order execution and manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Fulfillment Management and System Project Management at Kulim site.
• Own delivery performance: OTAC, OTTP, cycle time, and customer delivery experience.
• Serve as senior escalation leader for critical issues and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Product Management.
• Develop a high-performing organization with global accountability and disciplined execution.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve speed, quality, efficiency and scalability.
