Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Director of Order Fulfillment Management to lead order execution for its Kulim site and strengthen performance across Asia and the global network.

You will own end-to-end delivery from commitment through shipment, guiding System Project Management and escalation as a senior leader with cross-functional influence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or order fulfillment experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior/director-level role within a global matrix environment.
• Strong problem solving with root-cause methodologies; data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Fulfillment Management and System Project Management at Kulim site.
• Own delivery performance: OTAC, OTTP, cycle time, customer delivery experience.
• Escalation leader for customer and operational issues; drive rapid resolution.
• Partner across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Ops, Product Management, and Global Ops.
• Develop a high-performing organization with accountability and execution discipline.
• Lead root-cause problem solving to support speed, quality, efficiency and growth.
