Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Functional Quality Manager to enhance operational effectiveness in Global Operations.

You will guide decision-makers toward excellence with structured problem solving, influencing peers and executives across the organization. The role focuses on proactive quality performance for the Order Fulfillment Management group, driving initiatives such as BOM accuracy, root cause analysis, and action closure, while supporting global standardization and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, operations, business, or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar quality/ops role.
• Strong problem solving using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and statistical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive quality performance and initiatives for OFM group.
• Engage stakeholders across the value chain to address challenges.
• Advance quality initiatives like configuration engineering, BOM accuracy, root cause analysis.
• Act as OFM lead to address systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
• Provide 8D coaching and ensure disciplined problem solving and action closure.
• Standardize and streamline how OM&E meets customer delivery requirements globally.
