Job summary

EPF Malaysia’s Finance Solutions Unit seeks an experienced leader to manage and enhance its enterprise financial technology portfolio. You will oversee SAP-based modules (ECC6, BW, DM, BPC) and ensure system health, performance and alignment with business objectives.

You will drive governance, budgeting, vendor collaboration, and end-to-end project delivery while guiding a skilled team through complex ERP implementations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Requires Malay language proficiency with SPM level oral test.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent recognized by government.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and supporting financial applications (SAP ECC6, SAP BW, SAP DM, SAP BPC).
• SAP ABAP programming proficiency (RICEFW, BAPI, BADI, enhancements).
• SAP certification with S/4 HANA or Oracle Fusion certification advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/Financial modules (AP, GL, AR, FA, Procurement, Financial Reporting).
• Experience with ERP/financial integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure system health and SLA adherence for financial applications.
• Administer and monitor platform components and integrations with internal/external systems.
• Drive system improvement plans to reduce incidents and improve stability.
• Understand business requirements and assess gaps for applications/solutions.
• Manage project deliveries aligned with business requirements and strategy.
• Lead implementation of solutions meeting user requirements and objectives.
• Ensure governance, security controls and architectural standards are followed.
• Prepare annual budgets including projects and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors/advisors/consultants for delivery quality.
• Document work thoroughly and provide periodic project assessments.
