Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Director of Business Development – EPC, ASEAN to drive growth across Honeywell Technologies in the ASEAN region. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building key EPC partnerships, and coordinating with cross-country teams in China, Japan and Korea.

The position reports to the President of Honeywell Technologies, ASEAN and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, requiring robust leadership and a track record of achieving targets in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably with EPCs.
• Proven ability to lead complex deals and cross-functional teams.
• Strong network of industry contacts in ASEAN region.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EPC business strategies aligned with regional growth.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and risks across the region.
• Collaborate with sales to drive deals and build strategic EPC partnerships.
• Act as primary liaison between Honeywell and EPCs to enable joint initiatives.
