Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee division operation as set by management.
• Drive teamwork toward the company's objectives.
• Prepare estate budget and monitor costs.
• Ensure Good Agricultural Practices are followed.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.

Skills

Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook

Proficient in the use of computers including accounting and database software

Good knowledge of budgeting and accounting standards in agriculture

Excellent time management

Good communication and written skills in English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Degree / Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent
