The role oversees a portfolio of international mid-market clients and a team of relationship managers and support staff, shaping strategy, P&L and risk management in alignment with global corporate and international markets guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• At least 15 years of relationship management experience preferred, ideally in commercial or global banking.
• Proven track record in generating diverse revenue growth across a range of products and solutions.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage teams to deliver revenue growth and client solutions.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for a portfolio of International Mid-Market clients and leading Relationship Managers and Support staff.
• Formulate and drive strategies to acquire quality clients and broaden relationships.
• Represent Mid-Market in HSBC CIB Banking committees and coordinate with product and leadership teams.
• Deliver best-in-class client experience and maintain high lending quality with prudent risk management.
• Lead P&L and balance sheet management, budgeting and cost oversight.
