Job summary

Tec D Malaysia is seeking an experienced Director of Advanced Solutions to lead and grow the Advanced Solutions products portfolio. You will oversee a team of product managers and business managers, align vendors and internal stakeholders, and set strategic goals to ensure profitable growth and optimal working capital.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned business leader with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a track record of driving performance in IT.

Qualifications

Proven experience as product management lead or similar in IT.
Minimum 7 years managing a team of 10+ people.
Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop goals and strategies for profitable growth and working capital optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Managers and Product Managers to execute plans with vendors.
Maintain close vendor relationships and align with partners' expectations.
Monitor market trends and ensure resources are aligned to deliver results.
Align plans with internal sales and regional units.
Optimize portfolio products and represent the company at events.
