Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a driven Telesales Executive, TS-Bancassurance to promote and sell bancassurance products through outbound calls, while delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.

The role requires relevant education (Diploma or higher) and sales experience; SPM/STPM holders with 2 years of sales experience are considered. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a plus. CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication abilities to engage customers effectively.
• Formal education: Diploma or higher; SPM/STPM with sales background considered.
• CRM usage or familiarity to manage leads and customer data.
• Sales experience is preferred, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stipulated daily sales targets.
• Ensure all assigned leads are followed up and completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Maintain a high conversion rate in line with the targets set.
• Maintain accurate customer information, leads, and contacts in the CRM system.
• Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team related to sales opportunities.
• Identify and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and performance excellence.
