Collegial collaboration with engineering, operations and finance will be essential as you manage projects, implement AI and data analytics, and monitor environmental metrics to ensure ESG objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, and sustainability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of automation and data analytics.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Manage integration of AI, IoT, and data analytics into processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements and sustainability.
• Plan and oversee digital transformation, process improvement, and sustainability projects.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for initiatives.
• Organize training sessions on new digital tools and practices.
